摘　　要：目的分析老年患者结肠镜检查的安全性以及其解决对策。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年5月～2011年4月收治的采用结肠镜检查的老龄患者980例,对该检查的不安全性进行分析,并通过检查前后给予护理干预来提高结肠镜检查的安全性。结果在检查前后给予护理干预的患者,安全性明显增加。结论在老龄人结肠镜检查前后给予护理干预,可有效地提高结肠镜检查的安全性。Objective To analysis the security and countermeasures of elderly patients with colonoscopy.Methods Select 980 elderly patients with colonoscopy who lived in our hospital from May 2010 to April 2011.Analysis its security and give nursing intervention before and after the colonoscopy to improve the security.Results The security has been improved of the patients who had been given nursing intervention.Conclusion Nursing intervention before and after the colonoscopy for elderly patients can effectively improve the safety of colonoscopy.
