摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病合并严重室性心律失常的治疗方法。方法对108例冠心病合并严重室性心律失常患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 108例患者中,治疗效果明显者62例,有所进展者38例,医治无效并最终死亡8例,治疗有效率为92.59%。结论威胁冠心病合并严重室性心律失常患者生命安全的主要是急性心肌梗死与合并高血压左心室肥厚。因此,要有针对性开展冠心病合并严重室性心律失常疾病的预防与治疗。Objective The purpose of coronary heart disease with severe ventricular arrhythmia in clinical treatment are discussed.Methods Our hospital treated 108 cases of coronary heart disease with severe ventricular arrhythmias in patients with clinical data for analysis.Results Of the 108 patients,the treatment effect is obvious in 62 patients,treatment progress in 38 patients,treatment failed and ultimately death in 8 cases,the treatment rate was 92.59%.Conclusion There must be targeted to carry out coronary heart disease and serious ventricular arrhythmias disease prevention and treatment.
