摘 要:采用机械研磨加化学方法(MCMT)对爆轰纳米金刚石(PCD)表面进行改性,然后制成改性后PCD(MPCD)O/W微乳液,从而实现PCD在水中的稳定分散.采用红外光谱仪和激光粒度仪对PCD和MPCD官能团、PCD粒度、MPCD O/W微乳液的粒度进行分析.结果表明:PCD团聚现象很严重,平均粒度为410nm,甚至有粒子粒径达4.6μm以上;MPCD平均粒径为13.04nm,在MPCD O/W微乳液静置七周期间,未发现沉淀和分层现象但是有粒子长大,MPCD平均粒径增大到26.14nm;MPCD表面非极性官能团C-H增加了,而极性官能团-OH、-COOH有所减少.用油相对PCD进行MCMT,可明显减小粒子粒径,增加MPCD表面的C-H,减少-OH、-COOH,有助于MPCD形成MPCD O/W微乳液.Detonation nano-diamond(PCD) which were modified by mechanical-chemical modification treatment(MCMT) form modified PCD(MPCD) O/W microemulsion so that MPCD can disperse stably in aqueous medium.The infrared spectroscopy and laser particle analyzer were used to analyze the surface functional groups of PCD and MPCD、the particle size distribution of PCD and MPCD microemulsion.results show: the agglomerate phenomenon of PCD is very serious,the average particle size of PCD is 410nm and the biggest granule particle sizes is above 4.6 micrometer;the average particle size of MPCD is 13.04nm,during standing for two months for MPCD O/W microemulsion,there is no phenomenon of precipitation and stratification,but growing up exists,the average particle size of MPCD increases to 26.14nm;non-polar functional groups methyl of MPCD increase,but hydrophilic functional groups carboxy and hydroxy reduce on the surface of MPCD.the particle size of PCD become smaller by the oil-phase MCMT and non-polar functional groups methyl of MPCD increase,but hydrophilic functional groups carboxy and hydroxy reduce,they help MPCD form MPCDO/W microemulsion.
