摘　　要：现行的专科护理教育课程体系存在着忽略了职业教育的专业导向性,缺乏针对性和实用性,无法满足护生职业发展的需要等问题。基于护理专业专科护生关键能力发展的培养目标,从课程体系的设置、改革教学手段与方法、完善考核评价标准等方面构建专科护理教学课程体系。The current nursing education curriculum system ignores professional direction of occupation education, lacks pertinence and practicability, and could not meet the need of nursing students＇ occupational development. We nursing department constructed nursing curriculum system from curriculum system settings, teaching means and methods reforms and evaluation standard improvement based on key ability training objectives of junior college nursing students.
