摘　　要：探讨“基于案例分析的综合性实验”在医学检验专业《临床基础检验》实验教学中的应用。五年制医学检验本科2007级和2008级教学实践表明，“基于案例分析的综合性实验”在《临床基础检验》实验教学中的应用有利于调动学生的积极性和主动性，提高实验教学质量和培养学生的科研创新能力。To explore the application of integrative experimental teaching on case-study in the course of basic clinical laboratory medicine for the students of medical laboratory science. The practice in the grade of 2007 and 2008 shows that the method mentioned above arouses the students＇ enthusiasm and initiative, improves the experiment teaching quality, and cultivates the students＇ scientific research inno- vation ability.
