单中心研究2型糖尿病合并高血压的相关危险因素

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压的相关危险因素。方法:186例2型糖尿病患者分为并发高血压组(A组136例)患者和正常血压组(B组50例),对其进行问卷及体格检查,分别观察患者性别、年龄、病程、体重指数、腰围、腰臀围比(WHR)、高血压家族史、糖尿病家族史并加以分析。结果:A组患者占73.1%;两组间性别、年龄、病程差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组患者体重指数(BMI)、腰臀围比(WHR)、腰围、高血压家族史比例显著高于B组患者(P<0.05～<0.01),B组糖尿病家族史比例显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:高的BMI、腰围、腰臀围比(WHR)以及高血压家族史增加2型糖尿病合并高血压发生的危险。Objective： To explore the risk factors for complicated hypertension in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods： 186 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into the combined hypertensive group （A group, 136 cases） and normal group （B group, 50 cases）.The data were collected by questionnaire and physical examination. Sexual distinction, age, course of disease ,body mass index（BMI）,waist- line ,waist-to-hip ratio （WHR）, history of diabetes or hypertension were detected and comparatively analysed in both groups. Results： fia A group body mass index （BMI）, waistline, waist-to-hip ratio （WHR）, history of hypertension ratio is higher than those in the B group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05~ 〈 0.01）. In B group history of diabetes ratio is higher than of in the A group. Conclusion： The high body mass index （BMI）, high waist- hip ratio （WHR） high waistline and history of hypertension may increase the risk for the compli- cated hypertension in type 2 diabetic patients.
