摘　　要：目的 构建一套适合武警卫勤应急保障分队的综合评价指标体系,为开展有效的评估工作提供理论参考.方法 通过文献资料、实地调研和课题小组讨论,拟定出评价指标体系的基本框架;再通过Delphi专家咨询法和层次分析（AHP）法,进行评价指标的筛选和权重系数的确定.结果 确定了包括5项一级指标、13项二级指标和36项三级指标的武警卫勤应急保障分队综合评价指标体系.结论 该评价体系符合武警卫勤应急保障分队建设的实际需要,为进一步形成较为完善的综合评价指标体系奠定了基础.Objective To construct a set of synthesis evaluation indicator system of health service support squad in armed police, and furnish a theoretical reference for the management to carry out an effective assessment. Methods Based upon literature analysis, typical investigation and panel discussion, the primary draft structure of synthesis evaluation indexical system was established. And then, each evaluation index was selected, weight coefficients of the selected indicators were determined with Delphi method and AHP method. Results Established a primary synthesis evaluation indicator system, including 5 first-degree criteria, 13 second-degree criteria and 36 third-degree criteria. Conclusion The evaluation indicator system is consistent with the practice needs of health service support squad in armed police, and has made a foundation to form a more comprehensive synthesis evaluation indicator system.
