摘 要:依照国际营养性贫血咨询委员会(INACG)制订的铁缺乏症诊断标准和权威学者COOK的诊断标准,对248名中年女性的铁缺乏状况进行诊断,发现:运用INACG标准,铁缺乏症的检出率偏低,应用COOK标准,铁缺乏症检出率较高。当运用COOK标准时,采用Hb、SF、EP、TS四项指标组合,IDA的检出率为16.9%;三项指标组合即Hb、SF、EP组合,Hb、EP、TS组合,Hb、SF、TS组合,对IDA的检出率分别为10.4%,7.2%,4.8%。单项指标对铁缺乏症的诊断价值的高低顺序为:EP>SF>TS。Under the different diagnostic criteria for iron deficiency, the iron status of 248 middle-aged women were investigated. The incidence of IDA and IDE were lower,when the diagnostic criteria recommended by International Nutritional Anemia Consultative Group were used, while the incidence of IDA and IDE were higher, when the diagnostic criteria used by Cook were selected. When the diagnostic criteria used by Cook were selected, the incidence of IDA was 16.9%, 10.4%, 7.2%, 4.8% by use of Hb, SF, EP, TS combination, Hb, SF, EP combination, Hb, EP, TS combination, Hb, SF, TS combination, respectively. Among the three indices of SF, EP and TS, the sequence of the availability of the three indices in the diagnosis of iron deficiency was EP>SF>TS.
