摘　　要：互联网产业成为经济增长新引擎,世界各国均以宽带网络建设和应用作为经济新一轮发展的重要举措。"十一五"期间,上海互联网产业在实现自身飞速发展的同时,也有力带动了其他相关产业的发展。本文在总结上海互联网发展绩效和特征的基础上,提出了下一步发展战略和举措,对推进上海互联网产业的快速发展具有积极意义。Intemet is the new engine of economic growth. The construction and application of Broadband and Network become economic development measures in many countries. During the period of ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂, Internet industry developed rapidly and promoted related industry development of shanghai. This article summarize the performance and character of shanghai intemet industry, propose the strategy and measures in the next development, and will be have positive affects to promote shanghai internet industry.
