摘 要:采用PEG-6000模拟干旱,研究了不同干旱胁迫对板蓝根种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度PEG胁迫处理对板蓝根种子的萌发均有一定的延缓作用。随着干旱胁迫强度的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、抗旱指数、胚芽鲜重均呈现明显下降趋势,板蓝根整株脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势,丙二醛的含量先升后降;胚芽干重在PEG浓度小于15%时变化不大,当PEG浓度高于15%时明显下降。To simulate the solution drought stress conditions with PEG-6000 to study the seed germination and seedling growth of Isatis indigotica Fort. The results showed that with different PEG concentrations, the germination of seeds could be retarded. The germination rate ( GR), germination potential ( GP), germination index (GI), drought resistant index, germ fresh weight decreased obviously with the increase of the drought stress, the variation of germ dry weight was small when PEG concentration was less than 15% , and decreased obviously while PEG concentration was higher than 15%. The proline content of the whole plant showed an upward trend, MDA content increased the first but then decreased. The growth of radicle and hypocotyl was influenced by drought stress after germination.
