摘  要:为拓宽放线菌生物活性物质的功能应用,用不同浓度的蚯蚓内附生放线菌AEC 2代谢物处理桑种子,探讨其对桑种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:放线菌AEC 2代谢物能够提高桑种子的质量和品质,提高种子发芽率和发芽势,缩短发芽时间,提高胚轴/胚根长,且浓度越低效应越好,但差异不显著。AEC 2代谢物能够显著提高幼苗可溶性蛋白含量、促进种子中贮存物快速转化为可溶性糖类、提高氧化酶活性,平衡氧化和抗氧化水平,使幼苗的新陈代谢水平处于活跃状态。在试验浓度范围内以0.031 25 mg/ml效果最佳。In order to extend the application of Actinomycete active substance, seed germination and seedling growth of mulberry seeds treated by Actinomycete AEC 2 metabolin in this paper. Results showed that Actino-mycete AEC 2 metabolin could increase the quality and character of mulberry seeds by enhancing the germination rate and germination potential, shorten germination time, increase hypocotyl radicle. The influence was better at lower concentration. The metabolin also could rise soluble protein content remarkably, accelerate the translation of substance in seeds to soluble sugar, increase oxidase activities, balance oxidation and antioxidation. By this way, seedling metabolism was in the active state. In the range of the test concentration, the effect at 0.031 25 mg/ml was better.
