摘 要:以肥肝型种鹅为研究对象,研究缩短鹅换羽期的方法,以解决种鹅季节性繁殖、年产蛋量低的技术难题。采用完全随机设计,选取24月龄青农灰鹅128只,饲喂2%氧化锌日粮,按照目标体重下降0(对照组)、20%(第1组)、25%(第2组)、30%(第3组)进行分组设计,对羽毛脱落速度、体重及产蛋率进行统计并比较分析。结果显示:①拔毛前,主翼羽和副主翼羽脱落量,第3组极显著高于第1组和对照组(P<0.01),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);②达到目标体重所需的时间,第3组极显著多于对照组(P<0.01),显著多于第1组(P<0.05),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);③第3组的开产日龄,极显著早于第1组和对照组(P<0.01),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);达到32%产蛋率时的换羽日龄,第3组显著早于第1组(P<0.05),极显著早于对照组(P<0.01),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);④试验期间的死淘率,第3组极显著高于第1组和对照组(P<0.01),显著高于第2组(P<0.05);⑤血液中微量氧化锌变化可以减少鹅采食量。表明,肥肝型种鹅饲喂13 d添加2%氧化锌的日粮,体重下降25%的诱导换羽方法,死淘率较低,能够缩短换羽期,提高年产蛋量。Fatty-liver geese were used to study the ways for shortening moulting period and solving technical problems of the low average annual egg production caused by seasonal breeding. In the completely random designed experiment, 128 24-month-age Qingnonghui geese fed with 2% zinc oxide were divided into 4 groups according to 0 (control group) ,20% (group 1) ,25% (group 2) ,30% (group 3) of weight loss,and the molt speed of feathers,body weight and laying rate were analyzed. The results showed: ①before pulled out, the loss amount of primary wing feathers of geese in group 3 was significantly higher than group 1 and control group (P〈0.01),which had no significant difference with group 2 (P〉0.05);the loss amount of secondary wing feather geese in group 3 was significantly higher than group 1 and control group (P〈0.01),which had no significant difference with the loss amount in group 2 (P〉0.05);②The time required to achieve target weight of geese in group 3 was significantly more than control group (P〈0.01)and group 1 (P〈0.05),but had no significant difference with group 2 (P〉0.05);③the age of the first egg of group 3 was significantly earlier than group 1 and control group (P〈0.01),which had no significant difference with group 2 (P〉0.05); The time reach 32% laying rate of group 3 was significantly earlier than group 1 (P〈0.05),highly significantly earlier than control group (P〈0.01)and no significant difference with group 2 (P〉0.05);④mortality rate of group 3 was significantly higher than group 1 and control group (P〈0.01),significantly higher than group 2 (P〈0.05). ⑤Trace level of zinc oxide in the blood could reduce feed intake of geese. The method that fatty-liver geese was fed 13 days with diet supplemented with 2% zinc oxide, which had a low mortality rate, could shorten moulting period and make a increase in annual egg production.
