摘 要:利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了离聚物苯乙烯-丙烯酸钠(SAA-Na)和聚乙二醇(PEG)复配物对PET结晶性能的影响。结果表明,1%(质量分数)SAA-Na与5%PEG复配能够进一步提高PET的结晶速率,使熔融结晶温度由PET/SAA-Na的212.8℃升高到216.1℃,冷结晶温度由119.4℃降低到103.8℃,玻璃化转变温度则由79.4℃降低到66.2℃。非等温结晶动力学的分析表明,SAA-Na和PEG复配物的加入使PET的Avrami指数增加。The crystallization of PET modified by the mixture of styrene-sodium acrylate ionomer (SAA- Na) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). With the addition of 5% (mass) PEG, cold-crystallization temperature (Tcc) and glass transition temperature (Tg) of PET decreased significantly. Compared with PET/SAA-Na, the crystallization of PET/mixture (1%SAA-Na and 5 %PEG) was further enhanced, melt-crystallization temperature (Tmc) increased from 212.8℃ to 216.1℃, T= decreased from 119.4℃ to 103.8℃ and Tg from 79.4℃ to 66.2℃. The Jeziorny equation was used to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PET/mixture, and the results showed that the Avrami exponent n of PET/mixture was greater than that of neat PET.
