摘  要:介绍了武汉钢铁股份有限公司薄板坯连铸生产SPHC钢的成分控制,通过采取控制钢水氧含量、硅含量、AlS含量、提高钢水洁净度和中包砌筑质量及连铸全程保护浇铸等措施,防止钢水的二次氧化,降低了进入钢水的内生和外来夹杂物数量,减少了浇铸过程的水口结瘤和塞棒上涨,提高了供冷轧基料的表面质量。The present paper mainly introduces the compositions control of steel SPHC in the thin slab continuous casting in Wuhan Iron g~ Steel Corporation, and particularly describes prevention secondary oxidation of the hot metal, reduction of amount of the endogenous and the foreign inclusions in the hot metal and cut down of the nozzle block- age and stopper rise by taking a series of technical measures such as controlling the con- tents of oxygen, silicon and Als in the hot metal, raising cleanliness of hot metal and op- timizing the quality of the brick working lining of the tundish as well as implementation of protection casting in the overall process of continuous casting, thus the surface quali- ty of the stock for cold rolling purpose is well improved.
