摘　　要：以郭某诉李某离婚纠纷一案为样本,分析了社会转型时期在涉少审判中法官应彰显的司法智慧,指出对于涉少案件法官应充分把握案件情势,多方调动优势资源,柔性改进庭审程序,有效化解冲突隔阂,以"为民司法、能动司法、和谐司法"的价值理念推动新时期涉少案件的智慧审判。Taking divorce litigation trial of Mr Guo and Mrs Lee for example, thepaper made an analysis the judges should have in juveniles - related trial in thesocial transition period. They should take full advantage of the case situation, find multi - edge resources, improve flexible trial procedures, resolve the conflicts effectively and promote the judicial wisdom of trial in the new era with the concept of ＂Justice for People, Active Judiciary and Harmonious Justice＂.
