摘 要:为改善桩106区块稠油油藏的水驱开发效果,利用油藏数值模拟技术开展了低气液比氮气泡沫驱的可行性研究.根据油田106-19-X16井组的油藏地质条件,建立三维地质模型.在历史拟合的基础上,对低气液比氮气泡沫驱注入参数进行了优化设计.研究结果表明,低气液比氮气泡沫驱最佳注入参数为:气液体积比0.25∶1、注入体积0.1 PV、起泡剂质量分数0.5%,采取段塞式注入,注入周期60 d.矿场先导试验结果表明,桩106区块的106-19-X16井组中取得了较好的开发效果,单个井组累积增油6 388.26 t.说明对于注水开发普通稠油油藏低气液比氮气泡沫驱技术是经济可行的.In order to improve the water flooding effect of heavy oil reservoir in Zhuang106 block,the feasibility of nitrogen foam flooding of low gas-to-liquid radio was investigated by means of reservoir numerical simulation.A 3-D geological model was established according to the geologic condition of 106-19-X16 well group in this oilfield.The operating parameters of nitrogen foam flooding of low gas-to-liquid radio are optimized based on history matching.The results show that,the optimum injection parameters of nitrogen foam flooding are gas-to-liquid ratio of 0.25∶1,injection volume of 0.1 PV and foam agent mass fraction of 0.5%,nitrogen foam slug injection should be used and injection cycle is about 60 days.Field pilot test results showed that the 106-19-X16 well group of Zhuang 106 block achieved to a good exploitation effect of nitrogen foam flooding.The cumulative oil increment of the well group is 6 388.26 t,which indicates that the nitrogen foam flooding of low gas-to-liquid ratio for waterflooding heavy oil reservoir is economically feasible.
