摘　　要：目的探讨杜仲叶提取物对人体内腹部脂肪蓄积的抑制作用。方法将27例腹型肥胖患者随机分为2组（试验组15例，对照组12例），分别口服杜仲胶囊（含杜仲叶提取物）及安慰剂胶囊，第8周末观察每组患者体重、腹围、体重指数（BMI）、皮下脂肪及内脏脂肪的变化。结果试验组与对照组比较，内脏脂肪及皮下脂肪明显减少（P〈0．05），体重降低，腹围显著减少（P〈0．001），BMI亦显著下降（P〈0．01）。结论杜仲叶提取物能明显抑制腹部脂肪蓄积，减轻腹型肥胖状态。Objective To investigate the depressant effect of Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract on human abdominal fat. Methods Twenty-seven patients with abdominal obesity were randomly divided into two groups （experimental group included 15 patients and control group included 12 patients） , and were given oral Eucommia capsule（ containing Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract） and oral placebo capsule respective- ly. Observed the change of weight, abdominal circumference, body mass index（BMI） , visceral fat and subcu- taneous fat of patients in each group after 8 weeks. Results Compared with control group, the visceral and subcutaneous fat of the experimental group decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the weight and abdominal circumference of the experimental group decreased remarkably （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, and BMI of the experimental group also decreased remarkably（P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusions The Eucommia ulmoides leaves extract signifi- cantly inhibited the accumulation of abdominal fat and abdominal obesity, and could be used as the basic drugs to treat abdominal obesity.
