BPI指数在西杂牛经济类型划分上的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]进一步提高我区西杂牛的选育水平,为培育河西肉牛新类群提供理论依据。[方法]通过采用BPI指数法,对172头西杂牛的测定分析。[结果]一岁公牛BPI指数平均为6.81±1.24、二岁公牛为7.14±1.38、三岁公牛为5.58±1.47,均达到或超过5.9的肉用型指标;一岁母牛BPI指数平均为4.45±1.07、二岁母牛为3.93±0.61、三岁母牛为3.5±0.65、四岁母牛为3.73±0.44、五至十岁母牛为3.49±0.58,一岁和二岁母牛达到3.9的肉用型指标,三至十岁母牛达到肉役兼用型指标。[结论]说明我区肉牛已基本具备肉用牛的体型标准。【Objective】To improve the breeding level of local Simmental crossbred cattle and to provide a theoretical basis for foster new Hexi beef cattle population.【Method】By using the BPI index method,172 Simmental crossbred cattle raised in 4 towns and 17 villages were mensurated and analyzed.【Result】The average BPI index of one year old bull was 6.81±1.24,that of two and three years old bull were 7.14±1.38 and 5.58±1.47,respectively.The values had all reached or exceeded the beef purpose index which was 5.9;The average BPI index of one year old cow was 4.45±1.07,and that of cows at two,three,four years old were 3.93±0.61,3.5±0.65,3.73±0.44,respectively.The BPI index of cows from five to ten years old was 3.49±0.58.The index of one and two years old cows reached the beef purpose index of 3.9,while three to ten years old cows all reached the dual-purpose indicators of beef and battled.【Conclusion】The beef cattle in our district already had the type standards of beef cattle.
