摘　　要：[目的]为了掌握利鲁牛的选育效果。[方法]对12和24月龄利鲁牛公牛各6头进行生长发育及屠宰项目指标测定。[结果]利鲁牛12月龄和24月龄的体重、体尺、肉用性能如屠宰率、净肉率、肉骨比等显著高于文献报道的利鲁F1、鲁西黄牛的屠宰性能。[结论]利鲁牛生长发育快,产肉性能明显优于鲁西黄牛,值得推广应用。【Objective】The purpose was to master the selection effects of LI-LU Cattle.【Method】Growth and development and slaughter performance were measured of 12-month and 24-month LI-LU Cattle.【Result】The body weight,body size and meat performance such as dressing percentage,meat percentage,meat-bone ratio of 12-mon and 24-mon LI-LU Cattle were higher than that of LI-LU F1 and Luxi yellow cattle.【Conclusion】Growth and development and meat performance of LI-LU Cattle was better than that of Luxi yellow cattle,which was worthy of spread and exploitation.
