摘　　要：Interference of Thai numeral phrase structure on Vietnamese numeral phrase structure has been occurred when Vietnamese living in Udon Thani province （Thailand） talk about the number of something in Vietnamese within their community. They unexpectedly use the structure of Thai numeral phrase to replace their own numeral phrase structure. Even though members of Thai and Vietnamese numeral phrase structure are the same in amount and categories but those members are placed in the different way. This phenomenon is a kind of interference called ＂＇syntactic interference＇
