摘  要:目的检测咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)患儿血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)浓度,探讨其与CVA患儿气道炎症严重程度的关系。方法本实验对象为咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿(32例),典型支气管哮喘患儿(30例),健康儿童(35例)。采用瑞典Pharmacia公司的UniCAP变应原检测系统荧光酶联免疫分析仪检测ECP值。CVA组中20例患儿坚持系统治疗3个月,病情缓解后再次测定ECP值。结果 CVA患儿的ECP值明显高于正常儿童(P<0.05),明显低于典型哮喘患儿发作期的ECP值(P<0.05);CVA患儿治疗后ECP值较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 ECP水平与CVA患儿气道炎症严重程度呈密切正相关。Objective To approach the relationship between the level of Eosinphil Cationic Protein and degree of airway inflammation in children with cough variant asthma. Methods The experimental subjects were 32 children with CVA,30 children with typical asthma and 35 healthy children. With Pharmacia Uncap system, ECP for children with typical asthma and healthy children were measured, and ECP for CVA children before and after treatment were done, too. Results ECP of CVA was higher than normal child ( P 〈 0.05 ), was obviously lower than typical asthma ( P 〈 0.05 ). And reduced obviously after treatment .( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of Eosin Phil cationic protein is positive correlation with the severity of airway inflammation in children with asthma.
