慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证与胃阴亏虚证体表温度、湿度及舌温度变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证与胃阴亏虚证患者体表温度、湿度及舌中温度变化的临床意义。方法:运用寒热湿诊测仪测定慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证和胃阴亏虚证患者的手心、手背、手臂尺肤、额头、舌中温度及手心、手背、手臂尺肤、额头湿度,并与正常志愿者的体表、舌中温度及体表湿度进行比较分析。结果:与正常对照组比较,胃阴亏虚组患者的手心温度、手背温度、尺肤温度、额头温度和舌中温度均显著升高(P<0.05),而脾胃虚寒组患者的手心温度、手背温度、尺肤温度、额头温度则显著降低(P<0.05);脾胃虚寒组患者的手背湿度、尺肤湿度、额头湿度均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:慢性胃炎的虚寒证与虚热证患者其体表温度及湿度存在一定的差异性,通过检测其定量值可能对慢性胃炎虚寒证与虚热证的诊断有一定的参考价值。Objective： To explore the clinical significance of body surface and tongue temperatures and body surface humidity on diagnosis of chronic gastritis of syndromes of spleen and stomach asthenia-cold and stomach-yin deficiency.Methods： The cold-heat-dampness diagnostic instrument was applied to test the body surface（including the palm,the back of the hand,the forearm and forehead） and tongue temperatures and body surface（including the palm,the back of the hand,the forearm and forehead） humidity of patients with chronic gastritis of syndromes of spleen and stomach asthenia-cold and stomach-yin deficiency,and the temperatures and humidities were compared with the normal volunteers.Results： Compared with the normal control group,the temperatures of the palm,back of the hand,forearm,forehead and tongue in stomach-yin deficiency group increased significantly（P0.05）,while the temperatures of the palm,back of the hand,forearm and forehead in spleen and stomach asthenia-cold group decreased obviously（P0.05）;the humidities of the back of the hand,forearm and forehead in spleen and stomach asthenia-cold group decreased remarkably（P0.05）.Conclusion： There are some differences in body surface temperature and humidity of patients with chronic gastritis between asthenia-cold syndrome and asthenia-heat syndrome,and the results provide some reference value for clinical diagnosis.
