摘　　要：目的:基于穴位的数字化虚拟人体研究,探讨虚拟针刺过程中穴位区的组织形变。方法:结合虚拟现实力反馈和组织形变技术,以穴位作为力反馈作用对象,通过局部形变方法建立局部形变模型。结果:完成了针灸学三维浏览器的开发,实现了虚拟针刺时穴位区组织结构的动态形变过程,给虚拟进针加入了逼真的动态视觉效果。结论:在融合了腧穴定位信息和穴区层次结构的数字化虚拟人体上,构建针刺时穴区的组织形变,并实现动态视觉变化的过程,能够增强用户现场操作的真实感,对针灸教学和针刺研究亦具有重要意义。Objective： To explore the tissue shaping of acupoint-localization during the course of virtual needling based on the digital virtual human.Methods： This paper combined virtual reality force feedback with tissue shaping technology,and constructed the acupoint local shaping model through local shaping method.Results： The 3-D browser of acupuncture was developed and completed,the dynamic shaping course of acupoint-localization during virtual needling was realized,and a living visual effect is added into the virtual needling.Conclusion： To build up the tissue shaping of acupoint-localization and realize the dynamic visual deformation course based on digital virtual human can enhance the realistic feeling of operation,and have important significance in teaching and research of acupuncture.
