摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷和叔丁醇为基本原料,经加成反应和环化作用,合成了缩水甘油基叔丁基醚(TBGE);用正交实验方法优化了TBGE的合成条件,气相色谱法分析了产品中TBGE含量,GC-MS和FT-IR等表征了产物结构。结果表明,在以BF3-乙醚为催化剂时,合成TBGE的适宜条件为:加成反应的温度和时间分别为50.0℃和5.0 h,n(环氧氯丙烷)/n(叔丁醇)为2.5,BF3-乙醚的用量为叔丁醇质量的3.0%;在此条件下,TBGE的收率为85.72%。The tert-butyl glycidyl ether(TBGE) was synthesized through additive reaction and cyclic action with epichlorohydrin and tert-butanol as raw material.The synthetic conditions were optimized using orthogonal experiment method,The content of TBGE in product was determined by GC and the structure of product was characterized by GC-MS and FT-IR.When BF3-etherate was utilized as catalyst,the optimum conditions for the synthesis of TBGE were as follows: the temperature of additive reaction was 50.0 ℃,the reaction time was 5.0 h,the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin versus tert-butanol was 2.5 and the mass ratio of BF3-etherate versus tert-butanol was 3.0%.Under these conditions,the yield of TBGE was 85.72%.
