摘　　要：结合近年来岩藻聚糖硫酸酯作为新型药物转运载体的研究现状,重点介绍了岩藻聚糖硫酸酯在缓释包衣、微球栓塞、纳米给药、基因治疗、外科修复和透皮给药等新型药物转运体系方面的应用研究,总结了目前岩藻聚糖硫酸酯作为药物载体仍存在的一些问题,并展望了其应用前景。Due to its good biocompatibility, fucoidan is widely used in drug delivery system, specially by forming composites with polycations through electrostatic combination. The research progress in application of fucoidan as novel drug delivery carriers in recent years is reviewed. Application of fucoidan as delivery carriers used in released coating, microspheric embolus, nanoparticles medicine, gene therapy, surgery recovery and transdermal therapeutic systems are introduced, and the issues of current researches and perspectives of fucoidan as drug carriers is also proposed.
