摘 要:针对真空开关技术在126kV高电压等级应用的问题,提出了一种新型的126 kV高压真空断路器的设计方法。基本思想是采用双断口模式,设计了断路器的断口布置,使断口电压均匀分布,从而无需加装均压电容,避免传统方法中因均压电容的增加带来的隐患;根据断口布置,确定断路器的运动系统,利用虚拟样机软件ADAMS确定了优化结果;针对该新型断路器的开断能力测试,搭建了合成试验回路,经过一系列的试验,证实了新型的126 kV高压真空断路器具有31.5kA短路电流开断能力,表明该126kV高压真空断路器的设计不仅可行,而且新颖有效。A novel design method for 126 kV high voltage vacuum breakers was presented based on the application of vacuum switch technology in 126 kV voltage class.The fundamental idea behind the proposed approach is to use double-breaks with novel distribution,so as to achieve voltage-sharing distribution in each break;thus the voltage-sharing capacitance is no longer needed in contrast with the traditional method.As a result,potential problems can be avoided.The breaker's moving system was designed with the novel structure,and optimized with the Virtual Prototyping technology of ADAMS.The synthetic test system was built up to test the breaking capacity of the breaker.A series of experiments verify that the breaker has the breaking capacity of 31.5 kA short-circuit current,demonstrating that the proposed scheme for designing the 126 kV high voltage vacuum breaker is not only feasible but also novel and effective.
