摘　　要：阐述K-Blog的含义,对K-Blog和政府知识管理的研究进展作出文献述评,分析K-Blog的政府知识管理功能和优势,构建基于K-Blog的政府知识管理模型,探讨其在政府知识获取、知识组织、知识共享及知识利用中的应用。The paper elaborated the conception of K-Blog,reviewed the research process of government knowledge management and K -Blog, analyzed the function and advantage of government knowledge management, built the model of government knowledge management based K-Blog, discussed the specific applications of government knowledge acquisition, organization, share and the use of government knowledge management based K-Biog.
