摘　　要：对林改后兴起的农民林业专业合作社的功能定位进行了探讨,认为：农民林业专业合作社具有社会功能和经济功能,社会功能体现为服务、组织、稳定、教育和示范,经济功能体现为互动性经济组织和市场主体。在合作社的发展中要认清两大功能的实现路径及其作用边界,把握好二者的关系,促进合作社的健康发展。The paperdiscusses the functions and definition of farmers＇ forest cooperatives afterforest tenure reform.It holds that farmers forestry cooperatives have socialand economic functions.Social function lies in social service, organizations,stability,education and demonstration,and economic function lies in the interaction of economic organization and market players.In thedevelopment of cooperatives to identify the path of the two functions and roleof bounary,grasp the relationship between them,to promote the healthydevelopment of cooperatives.
