摘　　要：基于对永安、沙县、尤溪、邵武四县市的实地访谈和问卷调查,采用规范与实证相结合的方法,在对福建省林权交易中心发展的背景进行简要说明的基础上,分析了案例县林权交易中心的发展现状和运作流程。重点阐述了林权交易中心的主要作用与现存问题,认为中心在保护交易各方的合法权益和减少林权纠纷等方面有促进作用;但也存在着中心影响力不高、交易程序相对复杂、交易费用较高等问题。针对现存的问题,分别从交易中心的内部和外部两个方面提出了改进建议。Based on the field interviews and questionnaires of Yong＇an prefecure,Shaowu prefecure,Sha county and Youxi County,this paper uses the method of combining normative and empirical study,makes a brief description on the background on the development of forest tenure trade centres in Fujian province and analyzes the development status and operation process of forest tenure trade centres in case counties.Then,this paper focuses on the main roles and the existing problems of forest tenure trade centres.It points that the centres play a good role in promoting the protection on the legitimate interests of parties to the transaction and reducion on forest tenure disputes and other aspects.But there are also some problems existing on the certres,such as weak influence,complex transaction process,high transaction cost and other issues.Finally,it puts forward recommendations from the internal and external aspects of trade centres for the existing problems respectively.
