摘　　要：为了从源头上预防和消除各种不稳定因素,保持社会和谐稳定,各级地方政府在重大事项社会稳定风险评估制度建设方面作了不同程度地探索,取得了显著成效。但这一制度在实践探索中存在很多问题,影响了社会稳定风险评估工作的开展。为了更好地推进重大事项社会稳定风险评估工作,需要探讨完善社会稳定风险评估制度的思路和对策。In order to control the social contradiction and keep the society stable, some local governments have been implementing the institution of social stability risk evaluation in China. Though its efficiency is obvious, there are some problems in the practice of such institution and thus affect the practical process. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen and improve the institution of social stability risk evaluation. This paper discussed the relevant problems and proposes the ways of improving the social stability risk evaluation.
