摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2-Al2O3复合载体,并用饱和浸渍法制备Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂氧化态前躯体。在固定床反应器中采用原位还原技术用H2制备出Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂。以喹啉为模型化合物对催化剂的加氢脱氮性能进行评价,结果表明,n(TiO2)∶n(Al2O3)及Ni2P的负载量对催化剂活性有较大影响,当n(TiO2)∶n(Al2O3)=1∶4、Ni2P的负载量(w)为25%时,Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂表现出最高的催化活性,脱氮率达98%。TiO2-Al2O3 compound supports were prepared by sol-gel method and used in preparing the oxide form precursors of Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalysts by impregnation. Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalysts were obtained by in- situ hydrogen reduction technique in a fixed-bed reactor and then hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) activity of the catalyst was tested using quinoline as model compound. Results showed that TiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio and Ni2 P loaded amount had significant influence on catalyst activity. Catalyst prepared with a TiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio of 0. 5 and a Ni2 P loaded amount of 25% exhibited the best catalytic activity, its HDN rate reached 98%.
