摘  要:进行了某市5幢典型高层办公楼的水耗调查和超压出流测试分析,总结了超压出流原因。调查结果表明,绝大多数办公楼的纯办公人员用水单耗超出国家定额;在所有41个测点中,水压超过0.45 MPa的测点有10个,达到24.4%;快开水龙头在半开状态下超压出流率达67%,而在全开状态下超压出流率高达98%;单把陶瓷水龙头(节水水龙头)在测试中的超压出流率为20%。The water consumption and overpressure outflow in five typical high-rise office buildings in a city were measured and analyzed. The reasons for overpressure outflow were summarized. The survey results show that the water consumption per unit for pure office staff in the vast majority of office buildings exceeds the national norm. There are 10 measuring points over 0.45 MPa in all 41 measuring points, reaching 24.4%. When the fast on faucet is in half-open position, the overpressure outflow rate reaches 67% , while in the fully open position, the overpressure outflow rate is as high as 98%. The overpressure outflow rate of the single ceramic faucet (water saving faucet) is 20%.
