摘  要:泵站特性曲线是评价泵站运行状况的重要指标,利用现有水厂SCADA系统的监测数据,采用最小二乘法模拟泵站特性曲线,来分析泵站的运行效率。采用该方法拟合水泵的流量—扬程曲线和流量—功率曲线,并与现场测试的曲线进行对比,结果表明该方法可较准确地模拟泵站的日常运行工况,为水厂提供了一种简单高效的泵站评估手段。Characteristic curves of pump station are important indicators to evaluate the operational state. Based on the operational data of SCADA system in the waterworks, the least squares method was used to simulate characteristic curves of pump station in order to analyze its operational efficiency. The flow-lift curve and flow-power curve were simulated using the method and compared with the curves from the actual site test. The results show that the method can simulate the daily operation conditions of pump station, and offers a simple and effective evaluation measure for pump station.
