摘 要:城市洪涝是全球气候变化和城市化进程中产生的新问题,由此引起的洪涝风险是多因素综合作用的结果,仅凭单一水力指标的评价无法得到全面科学的评估结果,对控制洪涝风险作用有限。基于投影寻踪的评估方法整合来自排水模型(SWMM)、GIS和MIS系统的多方面洪涝风险影响因素,对城市排水系统洪涝风险评估模型进行研究。研究结果表明,投影寻踪方法能够有效地评估城市排水系统洪涝风险,并可以对影响因素的影响程度进行分级比较,为城市防汛减灾提供技术支持,具有一定的实际应用价值。Urban flooding is a new problem generated during global climate change and booming urbanization. The risk caused by flooding is the synthetical consequence of many factors. The simple evaluation based on one hydrodynamics factor can not achieve the comprehensive and scientific result, whose function for flood risk management is limited. The evaluation method based on projection pursuit integrates many influencing factors from drainage model (SWMM), GIS and MIS, and the flood risk evaluation model for urban drainage system was studied. The result demonstrates that the projection pursuit method can evaluate the flood risk for urban drainage system effectively, grade and compare the effects of influencing factors. It provides technical support for flood control and has application benefit for practical engineering.
