预见性护理措施在预防肝移植术后肺部感染中的应用

摘　　要：总结了根据术前免疫功能监测结果实施预见性护理措施在预防肝移植术后肺部感染中的效果。2010年2月至2011年2月,对93例肝移植患者行免疫功能监测,针对CD4+T淋巴细胞计数<100×106/L、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)值<150μg/L的患者,在术前健康教育、病室物品要求、呼吸机相关护理、感染监测等方面实施了预见性护理措施,有效降低了肝移植患者术后肺部感染率。This paper summarizes the effect of precautionary measures in nursing on prevention of pulmonary infection following liver transplantation based on the results of immunology function test. From February,2010 to February,2011,93 patients undergoing liver transplantation received immune cell function test. For the patients with CD4＋ T cell 〈100 ×10^6/L or ATP〈 150μ g/L,special predictive measures of health education before operation,ward setting,respiratory care,surveillance for infection control,etc. As a result,the rate of pulmonary infection after liver transplantation was effectively reduced.
