摘　　要：总结了12例急性四乙基铅中毒患者的护理。严密监测生命体征,早期发现患者出现的精神症状,积极给予镇静、抗惊厥、抗精神病等药物对症支持治疗,加强药物不良反应的观察,通过心理疏导缓解患者心理压力。经积极治疗及精心护理,本组10例好转出院,2例死亡。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 12 patients with acute tetraethyl lead poisoning. The key points were intensive monitoring of vital signs,early detection of psychiatric symptoms,active symptomatic and supportive treatment using sedative,anticonvulsant and antipsychotic drugs,close observation of adverse drug reactions,and psychological nursing to relieve patients＇ stress. Ten patients were. discharged with improvement after active treatment and intensive care,two cases died.
