摘　　要：数字化社区建设通常从以下几个方面着眼,分别是居民信息共享与交流,社区电子商务平台,社区数字化学习平台,行政事务管理,物业管理等五部分。包含数字化学习平台,能为居民提供公共学习服务的数字化社区,我们又称其为数字化学习型社区。目前随着电子政务,电子商务等Internet应用的广泛使用,上述服务平台基本都已分别实现了数字化。但是由于通常所采用的技术都较为简单,实际上大量的工作仍然需要人工在后台处理,并不能真正实现急居民之所急,及时有效地帮助社区居民解决实际问题的目标。本文提出一种基于服务Agent自主协商的数字化学习社区建设框架,将先进的服务计算技术引入进来,由服务计算实体通过需求发现帮助社区用户找到满足用户需求的最优途径,同时以此为基础,实现绝大部分社区业务的自动处理,真正做到及时、高效。The construction of digitalized community commonly can be divided into five parts.They are the information sharing platform,the electronic commerce system,the digitalized learning system,the electronic government affair system,and the property management system for the inhabitants.Currently with the development of Internet technology,most of the above services for inhabitants are realized.But there are still many efforts which are needed to enhance the service quality and reduce the manual work as far as possible.This paper gives a new constructing framework for digitalized community based on automated service agent negotiation.That makes most of the community business proceeded automatically and the optimized process paths given directly.
