摘 要:本文通过现场问卷调查,对中国现代大型综合医院门诊部150个候诊区的声环境进行了主观评价分析。结果表明:医护和患者认为候诊区内的声音主要包括人们的说话声、走步声、吵闹声、手机铃声和电子叫号声;医护和患者对于电子叫号声的接受程度最高,最讨厌周围人们的吵闹声;医护和患者所评价的候诊区内各环境要素之间呈现显著相关,其中声环境和光环境的关系最为密切,且声环境的评价值最低,处于"一般"状态;医护和患者的社会因素对声环境的评价没有显著影响;患者在医院或候诊区停留的时间的长短以及医护对候诊区内混响声的感知与声环境的评价呈现显著相关。In this paper,based on the questionnaire survey,the acoustic environment of 150 waiting areas in general hospitals was analyzed.The results indicated that for both staff and patients,the main noise sources included people chatting,footstep,general noise,mobile phone ringing and electric number-calling sound,moreover,the electric number-calling sound was considered as the most pleasant sound and the general noise from nearby people was the most annoying one.Furthermore,there were significant correlations among the evaluated environment factors,in which sound and light were mostly correlated,and acoustic environment had the lowest evaluation score of "moderately".In addition,for both staff and patients,their social characteristics would not significantly affect the acoustic environment evaluation.For patients,how long they stayed in hospitals or waiting areas was significantly correlated to their evaluation on acoustic environment,whereas for staff,the perception on reverberation was significantly correlated to their evaluation on acoustic environment.
