摘　　要：通过对WCBA职业联赛发展现状及存在的问题进行研究,分析当前我国女子篮球甲级联赛在篮球职业化进程中存在的不足。结果表明,当前WCBA联赛整体水平不高,俱乐部之间水平参差不齐;女篮俱乐部市场化程度不高;俱乐部的成绩与外援的水平密切相关,大部分俱乐部后备人才培养迟缓;WCBA联赛赛制改革滞后,媒体关注度不高。Through studying the current developing status of WCBA which including some existing problems and some deficiencies of WCBA and the present situation in professionalization process,it has been shown that the current overall level of WCBA is not high enough,and the clubs are in different levels;The marketization of women＇s basketball clubs is thought to be low.As is known to all,the club＇s achievements are closely related to the level of foreign grants,while the cultivation of backup members in basketball clubs is making slow progress.WCBA format＇s reform lags behind,which cannot achieve high media attention.
