摘　　要：很多研究者在分析一国资本是流入还是流出以及流量的大小时,通常是根据国际收支平衡表上资本与金融账户的情况加以判断的。本文对该做法提出了异议。本文认为在判断一国资本的流向及流量时,应以实际资本的流动情况为准,本文还考察了金融资本与实际资本流动的一致性程度。Researchers understand the direction and quantity of capital flows for a country usually in terms of the capital account in its balance of payments, which this paper dissents from. The New PalGrave A Dictionary OF Economics points out that capital flows can be divided up into financial capital flows and physical capital flows. This article contends that we should understand the direction and quantity of capital flows in terms of physical capital. Finally, this article discusses the discrepancy between financial capital flows and physical capital flOWS.
