利率微调及其对中国的适应性研究

摘　　要：近年来,一些西方国家在利率政策操作中通过采用微调模式,使得利率政策的精确度和有效性得以增强。为了考察利率微调在我国的适用性,本文通过实证研究,得出了一些与我国经济发展较为吻合的结论:在我国宏观经济的调控体系中,利率微调已经初步具备了其实施的宏观环境基础。但是,要想充分发挥我国利率微调的实施效果,我国在制度与政策层面,还必须进行与利率政策相匹配的后续改革。In recent years, some Western countries in the interest rate policy operations by using fine-tuning mode, makes the accuracy of the interest rate policy and effectiveness can strengthen. In order to study the applicability of the interest rate fine-tuning in our country, this paper through empirical research, drawn some conclusion with China＇s economic development： China＇s macro-control system, interest rates fine-tuning has initially macro environment foundation of its implementation. However, to give full play the implementation effect of our country interest rate fine-tuning, in system and policy aspect, China must also be matched with the follow- up interest rate policy reform.
