摘　　要：对外援助是美菲关系的重要内容。美菲援助关系具有明显的稳定性。近年来,美国对菲经济援助的领域主要集中在民主与治理、经济增长、教育、能源与环保以及卫生领域。其中,较强的互惠性和对等性是美菲援助交换关系具有稳定性的主要原因。Foreign assistance is an important aspect of US-Philippine relations. The US assistance relations with the Philippines are obviously stable. In recent years, US economic assistance to the Philippines focuses on democracy and governance, economic growth, education, energy and environment and health. The paper finds that quite strong reciprocity and equivalence are main reasons of the stable relations.
