摘　　要：从证券市场开放面临的政治经济环境、开放方式、开放程度和是否带来危机等四个方面对金砖四国进行了对比分析和评述,以期为尚未完全开放证券市场的新兴经济体国家,特别是中国提供可参考的经验和教训。Based on the gradual capital market liberalization in BRICS, this paper concludes the main steps and liberalization characteristics of Brazil, Russia, India and South Africa. Then comparing and analyzing the background, approach of liberalization, liberalization, intensity, and crisis realated to liberalizetion in order to provide experience and lessons for those emerging countries which are not yet fully open their capital markets, especially China.
