新疆准噶尔盆地南缘灰中趾虎的生态学资料

摘　　要：2002-2009年,在新疆准噶尔盆地南缘进行了两栖爬行动物调查。期间共采集灰中趾虎标本35号。本研究报道了灰中趾虎野外和室内观察获得的生态学资料,包括栖息地、日活动节律、食性、繁殖等。结果表明:灰中趾虎分布在粘土荒漠和半固定沙丘;夏季夜间活动,春秋季节白天行日光浴;主要以直翅目、鞘翅目、半翅目和膜翅目昆虫为食;6月份产卵,每窝产卵2枚,卵径(8.6～8.8)mm×(11.4～12.1)mm,卵重0.47～0.49g。目前,我们的调查只在准噶尔盆地南缘的几个孤立分布点发现这种动物,分布区狭窄高度适应特化生境,使得这个物种较低的种群数量很容易受环境变化影响,建议有关部门将其列入国家重点保护动物名录。The investigation was carried out on amphibious reptile on the southern fringe of Junggar Basin in Xinjiang from 2002 to 2009,during which thirty-five specimens of Mediodactylus russowii were colleced.In this study the ecological characters of Mediodactylus russowii observed were reported,which were collected in open countries and in laboratories including the habitats,daily activity rhythm,feeding habits,reproduction etc..The results indicated that Mediodactylus russowii inhabits in clay deserts and unstabilized sand dume;it moves about in the night;it goes out for sunbath in spring and in autumn;it mainly takes orthopicram,elytroptera,Hemiptera as its main food;Females lay their eggs in June,two eggs in a clutch;Egg dimesions were（8.6-8.8） mm×（11.4-12.1） mm and weight was 0.47-0.49 g.The distribution area was narrow,its altitude was in conformity with the special habitats,which made the population amount of this species easily be affected by the change of the enviroments.It is necessary to take the Southern Junggar Basin in Xinjiang as a special state protection area for better conservation.
