消化系统药物不合理应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床常见消化系统药物的不合理联用,以防范不合理用药的发生。方法以医院处方点评中发现消化系统药物不合理用药处方和医嘱为线索,通过检索相关文献,进行评价、分析和汇总。结果与结论消化系统药物的不合理用药情况比较常见,尤其在药物联合使用时更多。避免不合理的联合和调整给药间隔时间,可规范消化系统药物的临床应用,保证临床用药安全。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization and tendency of digestive system essential drugs in our hospital and to provide reference for clinical use of drugs.METHODS: Adopting DDD analysis,the utilization of digestive system essential drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed in respect of amount of drugs,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS: The consumption sum of digestive system drugs in our hospital increased year after year,while the consumption sum of digestive system essential drugs showed a downward trend and decreased slowly in 2009.CONCLUSION: The utilization of digestive system drugs in our hospital is basically rational.But the utilization of essential drugs should be further improved to standard the application and management of drugs.
