摘 要:现代奥林匹克的人文理想努力拓展竞技的积极作用,以竞赛为载体实现体育对青少年的教育价值,但其间又显现出一些弊端。青少年奥林匹克运动会在指导思想上提出"超越竞技"价值取向,在制度层面推出了抵制竞技弊端的改革,并在首届青奥会的赛事执行层面成功地将改革付诸实践。其价值在于:从创办理念、制度改革和办赛措施3方面,将古老的奥林匹克精神更好融入当代社会发展潮流,使竞技比赛与大众体育、青少年教育和谐共进。这是青奥会根本区别于奥运会和其他国际大型运动会的不同之处,也给我们带来"分享运动"的人文启迪。The humanistic ideals of modern Olympic Games are to strive to expand the active functions of competition,and to realize the education value of sports on the youth by basing the carrier on competition,but competition had some malpractices while it was boosting the development of sports.The Youth Olympic Games set such a value orientation as "exceeding competition" in terms of guiding ideology,launched the reform of boycotting malpractices in competition in terms of system,and successfully implement the reform in the first Youth Olympic Games in terms of game execution.The value of the Youth Olympic Games rests with that in such three aspects as es-tablishment conception,system reform and game hosting measure,it blends ancient Olympic spirits into the trend of modern social development in a better way,so that competitive games are developed concurrently with mass sports and youth education.This is the fundamental difference between the Youth Olympic Games and the Olympic Games and other major international games,also brings us such a humanistic inspiration as "sharing sports".
