多囊卵巢综合征患者心理状态的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者的心理状态,以便给予针对性的护理。方法选取2009年11月至2010年11月在解放军第306医院生殖医学中心被确诊为PCOS的不孕症患者75例,采用Derogatis编制的症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)作为测评工具,对患者进行心理状态评估。结果本组患者月经紊乱51例,占68%;多毛25例,占33.3%;肥胖46例,占61.3%;SCL-90评分中强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分数均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在治疗及护理PCOS不孕症患者躯体疾病的同时,应有针对性地给予患者心理干预及护理,提高其适应性,防止不良情绪的发生,从而使患者以良好的心态接受治疗。Objective To study the psychological profile of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） and form a customized attending plan for the patients.Methods From November 2009 to November 2010,interviews were conducted in 75 infertile patients with PCOS in the center.SCL-90 scales questionnaire by Derogatis was used in this study.Results Menstrual disorder occurred in 51（68%） patients,hirsutism in 46（33.3%） and obesity in 46（61.3%）.Compared with the national norms,the patients showed greater psychological disturbances,including obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and fear.The diffirences have statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Coclusion Besides medical treatments for PCOS syptomes,customized psychological interventions and attending could palliate the psychologcial impact,reinforce the psychological adaption prevent unfavorable emotions,and expect favorable treatment outcomes.
