摘　　要：社区卫生服务以社区、家庭和居民为服务对象,主要承担疾病预防等公共卫生服务和一般常见病、多发病的基本医疗服务。本文根据社区卫生服务的定位和特点探索了健康管理和基本医疗的"分离模式",并对社区健康管理的发展提出了思考,以期为城市社区卫生服务工作者提供借鉴。Community health services,which serve community residents and families in general,mainly involve public health affairs such as disease prevention and basic medical care for common and frequently-occuring diseases.Here we discuss the ＂separation mode＂ of health management and basic medical care based on the aim and the characteristic of community health service,as well as musings on the development of community health management,with the hope to be referenced by urban community health service workers.
