摘　　要：我校机械专业本科人才培养的定位是应用型人才,在办学条件不能满足新形势要求的情况下,从改革实践教学体系,强化实践能力培养入手,在金工实习、生产实习、专业综合实践、毕业实习等环节进行实践和探索,加强应用型人才工程实践能力的培养,获得了良好的评价与效果。The positioning of undergraduate talent training of mechanical engineering in our university is applied form.At present,our condition can not meet the requirements of the new situation.Proceeding with the reformation of teaching system in practice and strengthening the training of practice ability,a lot of explorations in metalworking practice,production practice,comprehensive practice and graduation practice have been tried to strengthen practice ability training of applied talents.Good evaluation and effect has been achieved finally.
