慢阻肺患者康复期健康教育信息需求的调查

摘　　要：目的了解健康教育信息需求对慢阻肺患者康复期的影响。方法将康复期慢阻肺的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各90例,实验组通过对康复期慢阻肺患者需求进行健康教育,对照组给予慢阻肺患者常规的健康教育,观察两组患者间隔相同时间发病人数及严重程度。结果实验组90例慢阻肺患者发病人数明显减少,严重程度低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论对康复期慢阻肺的患者,可根据个体需求进行针对性的健康教育,大大减少患者发病,并降低严重程度,减少医疗费用,提高生活质量。Objective Understand the information needs of health education for COPD patients in rehabilitation. Methods The COPD patients in rehabilitation were randomly divided into experimental and control group,each 90 patients.Experimental group,COPD patients were given health education according the rehabilitation needs,COPD patients in control group given conventional health education.At the same time interval observed the number of cases and severity in two groups. Results In experimental group,90 cases significantly reduce the incidence of COPD and the severity is low.Between the two groups,difference was statistically significant（p0.05）. Conclusion Patients with COPD in period of rehabilitation,health education should target to the individual needs.It can significantly reduce patient morbidity,and reduce the severity of it,reduce medical costs,improve quality of life.
